The Merriam Municipal Court is located in the Merriam City Hall, just South of IKEA. Parking is available in the front of the building. When you walk into the building, the court room is on the left. Inside, you must check in with the clerk. Otherwise you will not be in line to speak with the prosecutor or judge.

If you are charged with a DUI in the city of Merriam, you must act quickly to protect your driver's license. A driver's license will be automatically suspended if you do not request an administrative hearing with 14 days of being pulled over.
